Rocktopia: Aaron Lewis - 'Town Line' - CD Review

A Rocktopia / Fireworks Magazine album review by Dave Bott: Seems like a lengthy period of time since the last Staind release - it was actually 'The Illusion Of Progress' back in 2008. Somewhat out of the blue we have a solo EP from frontman Aaron Lewis, which may surprise anyone used to the Alice In Chains-like material associated with his regular day job. Whether it's just a time filler for Lewis before the new band album, 'Seven', sees the light of day at the end of the year, or an artistic release for ideas considered unStaind like, I'm not sure, but I've a feeling it may raise a few eyebrows nevertheless.
