A Rocktopia / Fireworks Magazine album review by Ant Heeks: The dust has barely settled on Night Ranger’s ‘Somewhere In California’ album, and vocalist/bassist Jack Blades is back with his second solo release, the extremely aptly titled ‘Rock’n’Roll Ride.’ Such is the positive vibe throughout the whole of this CD, it could have quite easily been Night Ranger’s follow-up to ‘Somewhere…’, as it follows a similar path, but without taking anything at all away from Mr. Blades, as it’s strong enough to stand on its own two feet.
