A Rocktopia / Fireworks Magazine album review by Steven Reid: Thirty five years is a long time between albums for any band, so it was with no little surprise that 'Fiddlersophical' was announced as the first new album from John Fiddler and Medicine Head since 1976 -- a year in which the band released two albums! Best remembered for their hits such as 'Pictures In The Sky', and 'One And One Is One', Medicine Head released seven albums between 1970 and 1976, before disbanding, with Fiddler moving on to join the post-Mott The Hoople outfit British Lions, before fronting the altogether more chart friendly, if eclectic, Box Of Frogs.
